No narration? What has happened to the educational level that people can simply point a camera but nobody instructs? What liquid did they dip the chestnuts in? What was that white powder they poured over it? How long did the mixture sit there etc? Morons keep pointing cameras and seem to think that's all they need do but what about using words to explain and instruct?

white powder poured over: “granulated sugar”. Sugar and water are boiled to obtain sherbet. chestnuts are kept in sherbet water (1-2 days).
