Well, it's more so that the machines evolve, innovations are rare and done in sections. So one process may be done by hand then eventually someone or tech catches up to make an automated part of the process. Having been in plastics 30 years myself I've my share of innovation. I've seen robots replace workers, whole factories become automated over time. So it's not like someone comes up with the entire process at once, it's a very slow and gradual thing.
@DanKoning777 Жыл бұрын
@@zysis // The process of gradual change is true in all areas of life e.g. transportation, medical, recreation, etc and most are aware of the changes b/c of their affects. Sadly, some changes are ignored until negative affects become visible as people begin to look back and complain. No change is more stark than the "slow change/gradual implosion" of America; something openly promoted on Americas godless and morally bankrupt tv/movies. America has missed the *fact* that God removed His hand of blessing from our nation: "...so God *gave them over"* [Rom 1 v18-32]

In Canada, we've got a different opinion. The fact is that we just don't have enough peoples as it is, so automation is a necessity. Everything that can be automated is being automated. A lot of the jobs that we have end up requiring higher qualifications, peoples that can repair, maintain or design the machines needed to automate those processes. Theses jobs usually pay more than your typical worker on an assembly chain.
