Procol Harum, French TV 1971

A short French tv broadcast from October 11th 1971. The set was:-
01 - Broken Barricades/02 - A Salty Dog/03 - Simple Sister/04 - Repent
Walpurgis. The band's line-up was :-Gary Brooker (voice & piano),
Chris Copping (Hammond organ), Dave Ball (guitar), Alan Cartwright (bass),
Barrie J Wilson (drums).

Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm a longtime fan of Procol Harum. This particular lineup would then perform live in concert with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, in November of 1971. May B.J Wilson, Dave Ball, Alan Cartwright, Gary Brooker and Keith Reid rest in peace. Cheers! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️

That tune is Repent Walpurgis, an instrumental track, the last song on their debut album in 1967 A Whiter Shade Of Pale. The middle section for piano solo is Bach's Moonlight cantata, played on a grand piano by Gary Brooker.
