Judith`s singing prowess is almost beyond words. Her voice is angelic, bright and clear. Singing pitch perfect with an incredible range and natural vibrato. There will hardly ever be anyone again to match her singing ability, it is a massive gift and truly amazing. RIP Judith, you will NEVER be forgotten, and your music will live on forever.

None can match this woman's voice, at any age, or the harmonies sung by the guys. I knew of the Seekers thru their hits in the '60's, lost track of them after they broke up, and only recently re-discovered them via You Tube. I now listen to them every day at work, and recently managed to buy some of their CDs that are actually out of print. Can't wait to be able to listen to this wonderful group in my car. They are superb! Thanks to all who have contributed to the You Tube library of Seekers songs, interviews, and performances.

This lady Judith Durham is unbelievable. Not only has she been blessed with the most beautiful voice & wonderful singing talent I have ever heard in my life, but she is capable of composing & singing a heartfelt piece of music like this. I have written several times here on KZbin that her talent is just so wonderful that I cannot help thinking it being divine. Hearing this for the first time today makes me even more certain!!!.

I SAW THIS BEAUTIFUL LADY, on utube only yesterday, since the sixties, but its only now I appreciate her talent, and may I say her beauty, it is the first time I have heard this particular song, and i am afraid my eyes were filled with tears, I lost access to my grandchildren 12 years ago through a vindictive mother, this song has bought back all the heartache & some lovely memories too,

Yes she did write the song as someone else mentioned. She wrote the song to her family because she was leaving her family behind. Not because she was leaving the seekers. Her live solo version will leave you cold. She doesn’t face the camera while she’s singing. She turns to the camera at the end I believe she was crying while she was singing it. I’ve followed her and her boys from the very beginning. WHAT AS REALLY PISSED ME OFF IS THERE AS NOT BEING ANY MENTION OF HER PASSING AWAY. ONE SINGER I COULD LISTEN TO ALL DAY LONG. SOMETHING I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES. ❤️🌈 R I P JUDITH ANOTHER ANGEL TO SING FOR THOSE WHO WILL BE HAPPY IN HEAVEN AND SHE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN OR EARTH XX

It's hard to leave you all behind Those loving smiles so sweet and kind I love you all, you're part of me With you I leave the heart of me It's hard to go, but now's the time With loving arms I intertwine There will be times I miss you so It's hard to leave, but I must go I won't look back along the way It only makes me want to stay With every step I'm sure I'll find A different loved one on my mind Without my friends here by my side My destiny will be my guide There will be times I miss you so It's hard to leave, but I must go It's hard to leave the ones you love Though other stars may shine above But I can hope within my song That after all it won't be long But it is now I feel the pain I may not see you all again There will be times I miss you so It's hard to leave but I must go It's hard to leave but I must go

So often, sentiments like these, about family and friends etc, are turned into yet another love song, as if we don't have enough already (a notable instance is "To know him is to love him", the inscription on Phil Spector's father's grave. Phil turned it into a boy meets girl song, and it IS a great song, and great record by the Teddy Bears. Nonetheless, the original meaning was altered). It's so nice that Judith kept it in context this time.
