He didn't change his infamous 'PURPLE' mic rather he picked white for his solo singing because he wanted to distinguish himself as a soloist, just like his music. I think that is a dilemma that happens to every member of a boyband when they are pursuing their solo career, not to be stuck in their boyband persona but to be recognized as themselves. As BTS it's PURPLE and it's WHITE as a soloist.

I knew you'd love it. It's beyond brilliant and the choreo is fire. Lots to tell you 🤣 It's shot at the Aston House/Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. Gorgeous!!! The 4 girls in the beginning(the one you like) are from a dance troupe called Jam Republic. They are currently on Street Woman Fighter 2. If you love dancing it is so good. Lots of battles. There is the Korean dance crew whose names I don't know(sorry guys and gals) 3 of the choreographers/dancers from Seven are back. Brian Puspos, Nick Joseph and Jake Kodish. Again, all the dancers are fire!!! JK sounds amazing live. The adlibs and the runs, I am dead. 😵 It is just a fun dance song. I love it. I love this performance so much. 🔥🔥🔥🔥😘💜🫰🏻 The actual dance practice is amazing. You can check your girl out more 🤣 And finally, phew, someone commented about champagne confetti and they are half right. It has a deeper(pun intended) sexier meaning. I will just put a symbol and I think you will get it. 💦💦🤣🤣🤣

I’ve never seen this mic but your right though . Halsey bought the boys diamond bracelet. BTS bought her a mic with matching ear piece. This is a live performance :)❤

JK has actually said in an interview that the purple Mic is his BTS Mic and that he wanted something different for his mic and unique to him for his solo work.

Jungkook said that he would be using a white microphone, which is symbolic of his solo journey as an artist. I assume that the purple color is reserved only for BTS and we will see it again in 2025.

@@bee12117 He said this during an interview with Consequence on September 29, 2023. “I picture blueish tints and white. It’s the reason I recently changed the color of my microphone to white! With BTS songs, it’s all the different colors of the individual members coming together - whereas for me, it’s just me and my own unique color. I don’t think I could make something that has all the colors of BTS, but being a part of BTS formed the basis for my solo project.”-Jungkook

11:03 just a fun little fact, jungkook's backup dancers for 3d are from a dance agency called jam republic and four of them (the girls at 2:02) are on a korean dance competition show called street woman fighter which is super popular right now and they're getting a lot of recognition for it so it's really cool that they got to do this with jungkook. (the girl that caught your eye latrice, her and her brother are crazy talented when it comes to dancing so yeah i totally agree she was eating them up.)

I know I'm a little late, but i just wanted to add that BTS's microphones arent always the same color. A couple of them have changed the color. Either way, its really cool that they have those. I love shiny things and things that light up!! 😊😂

I think he said something about this song made him think of blue and white... that's why he changed his mic to white. 🤔 I could be lying to though and not have seen or heard that right. 😁😁😁

Some other commenters said that he said the white mic is symbolic of his solo journey & the purple mic is just for BTS activities which is very cool symbolism. Could be a combo of both what you've said & what they said though, I haven't seen the interview

All the dancers are fire including his Seven choro team . I like that we are able to see the choro . It was difficult to see all of it during the MV. ( phew) your comments are long lol 😂. I don’t like Jack’s bars that seem irrelevant to the 3D theme. Song explained: Jungkook and Jack Harlow's song "3D," the phrase "Champagne confetti" symbolizes a special and celebratory atmosphere, combining the luxury of champagne with the festive spirit of colorful paper confetti often seen at joyful events.
