I highly recommend Bick 4, it's perfect for almost all levels and almost all uses (exception: stained leather or overly dried leather). It works amazingly well for it's price point. 10 out of 10 for quality and value.

I have this and Meguiars makes my jacket look more sleek like a little shine to the black leather.but i do use both so far.

BICK 4 darkened my brown leather coat, but BICK 5 did a great job. Anyone? Never mind as I see it has neatsfoot oil which can darken some leathers.

Silicone fluid? I know saphir renovateur and sappa balm are more expensive, as is pure polish but personally I’d rather use a product with only natural ingredients. Good review though! Keep up the honest reviews- too much b.s. positivity because everyone is afraid of upsetting people. Thank You.

Seems to work pretty good. Not sure about the silicone though, not “natural” but probably for the waterproofing effect. Though silicone in other uses doesn’t usually stay on too long, needs frequent applications. I’ve been using mink oil but that makes leather way too soft, almost floppy. So idk

Hi, I need help regarding what products to buy, I need to know what products I can use for the treatment of ostrich boots and I need to know if I am right with what I am going to buy or if I need something else, if you could help me I would appreciate it. -bickmore exotic -bickmore saddle soap -shapir renovateur That's what I'm thinking of buying but I don't know if they are the right products. I also have doubts about whether shapir mirror glass or shapir pate de luxe is better, thank you.

I didn’t think there were any silicones in there. I applied it to to insole and lining of some of my shoes, will it have a detrimental effect?

Bick 4 does contain silicone absolutely. They say it is a small amount but I wouldn't use it. There are much better silicone free options out there.

I have a finished leather boot that iv been using this on, works as it should A+! I just received a pair of “distressed” leather boots that came from sitting in a warehouse for who knows how long, but they were dry as a bucket of sand. I was worried that even just test wearing them in the house would crack them up bad. The only thing I had on hand was bick 4 and bick’s exotic cleaner for my python skins. I used the straight #4 on the distressed boots pretty heavy and it doesn’t seem to have darkened them. Hope I didn’t make a mistake using it on them and just can’t tell as they are still drying. Any experience with using bick 4 on distressed leather boots and it truly wrecking them? Cheers from Canada eh!

Love the channel and videos but stay away from Bick 4! Silicone is NOT what you want on your leather!!!
