Hi Jerie, This feature was implemented in May of this year. You'll need to have Online Payment options enabled for your customers and have a Simple Start, Essential, or Plus Plan. You can also set up auto reminders if this isn't the case. Does it charge a fee for customers paying this way? if so how much?

Hi Connor. To use the Payment Reminder feature you'll need an active QuickBooks Payments account. This is a credit card and ACH processing service through QuickBooks. You can find the fees for each type of payment you accept and how they stack up to other processors here: (quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/payment-rates/). I hope this helps. -Karey

Does this feature allow me as the AR Manager to quickly edit the Invoice list? Just in case I'd like to omit or adjust any Invoices that may have issues that require adjusting the Invoice amount!

Hi Daniel. This feature gives you the option to send one email to the customer for all unpaid invoices. If you need to edit any invoices, you would need to do that before sending the reminder. However, I'll be happy to pass along your feedback to the Engineering Team. Making edits to the email is a great product suggestion. Wishing you the best. -Karey
