A key insight for me in watching this is to make sure to talk about how you would test your solution in the real world even if it wasn’t explicitly asked in the question. Thanks for sharing this video

I like how Andy called out 3 high level categories to provide structure to his total 10 variable recommendation.

Thanks to overall product alliance team, watching your interview content videos help me through my pm intern interview process, and does really nice jobs of describing how pm interview looks like. Cause of you guys, now i have 2 contract intern position, one Product Manager at fintech startup, the other product dev associate at multipayment company. Its pity, to see your last content is 7 month ago.

Noticed your guys' flagship courses are all for FAANG companies plus Uber. Does Uber pay on par with FAANG? Is that way you made an Uber course?
@ProductAlliance2 жыл бұрын
Hi Abone, great question! Yes, we have been finding Uber is paying on par with Google and Facebook and in excess of what Apple, Amazon and Microsoft offer for many senior candidates so we decided to go deep on decoding Uber's interview process in our full course: www.productalliance.com/courses/flagship-uber-pm-interview-course

does the uber interview process change per org like it does at apple?
@ProductAlliance2 жыл бұрын
Hi Murat, so the process at Uber does not change drastically per org as with Apple. Uber has some core buckets of question types (namely product sense, execution, technical, and behavioral). Depending on the team you are interviewing for, the percentage of questions you get from each bucket will change though.
