Do u think ur depression began after getting married? I believe it could have been the reason as the ultimate and awaited goal is now achieved, and nothing major was changed with it. Also the work, starting the business is fun and dynamic, but day to day, repetitive tasks can make us feel this way.

Things like those could contribute but ultimately she mentioned she's in the process of weaning off of an SSRI...that will inevitably cause massive changes in someone's mental health

This! I think it’s hard when we’re finally hitting what it feels to be in “adulthood” and there’s not as many fun changes and goals to look forward to. It’s definitely a process to get through. 😅

If you have a short attention span a book you might like is My Sister the Serial Killer. It has short chapters and only like 240 pages. It holds your interest and easy to follow, but still it's def mature subject material.

All of those Colleen Hoover books are amazing!! I’d recommend reading Ugly Love before November 9. Only because there is a little bit of a spoiler in November 9. It won’t ruin it, but just a heads up ☺️
