productive uni vlog: food shops, library trips, and cooking disasters

Today was a pretty productive day - from parkrun and Aldi food shops to library trips and note-taking sessions. I also attempted to make a paella. Emphasis on the word 'attempted'.

It's actually an architectural term invented in France! The style which developed later is called Brutalism and the buildings can be pretty ugly but it's very important to post-war architecture :)

I know I´m late to this but paella sounds like the y on year and there are different types of paellas, yes one is full of sea food but the "paella valenciana" is with meat plus you can also make it vegan :) also you don't move the rice in the paella you just let it cook
