You broke down goal setting so well in this video... I wonder why is it do you think that so many people fail to follow through?

Thank you Andrea. That's such a great question. Most of us fail to follow through because we don't build sustainable habits and we don't focus on the process. We tend to focus on the outcome (the goal). I think a goal sets the direction and that's a great start, but once the goal's been set the focus should be on the habit/process. And the secret to building great habits is about creating great environments (not willpower). You might find my conversation with James Clear very helpful.
