I really liked the 3D TVs, my cousin had one and it was great experience seeing 3D movies on them, the cinema glasses worked well with them

I do feel like there's a large barrier to the primary research methods if we are thinking about early-to-mid-stage start-ups that are trying to ship fast though, right? While you can work with your customers etc. I do find that a lot of things have been done in a scrappy way. You don't have time necessarily to build out A/B testing, get your customers to do a card sorting exercise, form focus groups etc.
