I love this woman. I'm a current platform PM trying to better understand my role and she's hitting all the points when it comes to what I do and giving me a clearer overall picture. I would recommend her over the other Product School Platform PM video by the Airbnb lady. That woman was talking way too much about her job rather than what an actual Platform PM does

I just recently jumped to Platform PM role, where given the current stage of the company, there lack guidance on how to build platform products (user facing are a lot more intuitive to most) Really grateful for Lisa to provide the framework on how to think about platforms enabling other product teams succeed!

Very nice pointers. I started recently the platform product manager role and haven't find much literature about the topic. This is gold. I wish there would be a follow up about the tooling, the procedures, the way day to day works for a platform product manager.
