The shout out to your Dad on the pork chop was a nice touch! This one looked delicious!

So glad I found your channel Michael. I used to watch you on the Food Network which I now refer to as the competition network. Boy has it gone downhill. But now I found your channel I am happy to subscribe. Your son must be getting to be a big guy now!

HOW DOES THIS CHANNEL ONLY HAVE 4.22K SUBS ? I watched Michael as a kid on Ion Life (no cable, had to use what I had. Frankly, I'm not a big fan of alot of shows on cable).

Great show. You keep it simple, while educating. I like the relaxed feel and music. You show that cooking doesn't have to be stressful.

I just love tarragon, it's such an under used herb. Chicken or a firm white fish would be nice with this recipe. I just discovered your channel and I've subscribed. Thank you!

Nice video and I learned something. I made the dish and was quite satisfied with the results, but there's still room for improvement for sure!

Today we made pork chop. My host mom said the bone does not do anything if you just pan fry them, unless you put them in a soup or stew to add flavor. She said we can just use boneless pork chop. I dont know how to response her. But I love bones in pork chops.

Where do you buy your pork? And tarragon, etc. I love your recipe. Merci beaucoup
