Hey Prit, I like how you shift the focus from "playing good" to "become a good player"! It's exactly as you said in your intro. I've seen a lot of badminton tutorials, but yours seem the most valuable to me. So clear and understandable, I wish I had all this 10 years ago. To train trigger glute med activation so it activates when playing and avoids valgus knee and associated knee injuries

@@PritPachu I play soccer and badminton... right handed. My right knee balance is off especially from outer side. I guess it starts from my right ankle which is very tight and doesn't flex or rotate outwardly. I'm trying to fix this which leads to painful shin muscles (likely stress fractures). As I'm fixing this I feel a lot of tightness and activation up the leg to the hip. Outer side mainly...any suggestions.
