There's something about the way Clemmons compliments patient 12's heart. On one level I have to acknowledge how artificial it probably is, the Prof probably says this to all his patients to gain their trust, but it is somehow so sincere and beautiful that i can't help but believe it. I imagine that Clemmons's comment must have kept patient 12 from giving up while being strapped to that chair, even if Clemmons said it to all his patients. The point is thank you so freaking much Uncle Ephy, you wonderful person you. Thanks from everyone tied down to chairs.

Awww!!! Hearing Professor Clemmons say, "Thank you, my love," to Margaret was so cute. I squealed. Gave me warm fuzzies. Margaret really is my favorite character in Riftworld/the Riftverse, so seeing/hearing her get even the smallest amount of lovin' was really nice to see. :3

Also, ever since the arkaham lost and found, where they said that Margaret was dead, i've always wondered if Professor Clemmons lost his remaining sanity and just acts as Margaret because he can't process the idea that she's dead, but that's just a theory.

Why do you ask 'what is' Professor Clemmons, when the delicious question is 'WHEN is' Professor Clemmons. Two sides of a coin, mirrored in instances of opposite times. The two just happened to get the coin to land on its' edge during a 'flip', and now they're both to switch appearance in our perception of this reality, with just as much effort as turning the standing coin 180 degrees.

I'm wondering if Clemmons is getting a downgrade…the University has to be on to him by now. But if he's off the grid and relocating, I'm curious; Is he moving for better facilities, or is someone or something pursuing him? Oh, that gives me an idea; What about an ASMR video of someone interrogating a patient of Clemmons'? Found in the wilderness, or raving mad in a loony bin, and this other doctor keeps using the same techniques to pacify the patient, trying to get some answers…But, it's a suggestion! Thoughts, ER? (Also, I think it might be Deadpool in the Green Man suit. This seems like something he'd do…)

The Ephemeral Rift Pattern has been defined as follows : - Play latest ER video - Fall asleep within the 10-15 first minutes - Pick up next day where you (approximately) dozed off - Repeat until video is over (and you have missed nothing from the awesome - even though confusing - storyline) The pattern proves to be effective for obtaining 4 to 6+ days of renewed ASMR goodness. My theory is that Corvus is Professor Clemmon's brother in law, and the genetic brother of Margaret. I also believe that he may have been involved in her resurrection in some way shape or form.

Edit: This was a response to a dude who stated his own theory- if his name ain't showing up I have no idea why. Possible. The rift may make that potentially possible, Ephermal's small lore thing is pretty ambiguous and lovecraftian but there is small clues that kinda indicate what characters are like and their backgrounds. Corvus has some clues he may be some sort of time traveled individual from the 14th-15th, or even 16th century, but there is also clues he has tried adapting to modern life (albiet awkwardly.) Clemmons and Corvus also refer to each other as brother's, but not related by blood. So either its meaning they are part of the same cult like organization or they are brothers through Clemmon's marriage to Margaret. Something also tells me Margaret herself could also be from the past, even further than Clemmons is, and Margaret could very well be from the same time Corvus came from. Because the origin of the rift and this time traveling/dimension crossing mostly originates with Clemmon's from my understanding, so its potentially possible Margaret was a woman Clemmon's encountered in his time traveling exploits- and it can also explain how awkward she is when it comes to dealing with modern technology and related, as well as social behaviour; (though this could also be from the fact she IS a resurrected prodigy at this point and her memory and functions could be... lacking. Clemmon's does mention she is a "husk of a woman.") I might be looking too far into this given this is an ASMR thing, but Ephermal seems to like creating subtle connections and plot with each character roleplay video and it makes me think what sort of thing he has in mind storywise. We know full well Clemmon's for the most part has a large amount of pull and influence, being able to head his own ward, having been involved with so many of his characters (and having a notable reputation, if scary one, with them.) and the fact he apparently has walked over former colleagues to climb up in power suggests he definitely has some sort of scheme in mind. And that scheme may very well be using, as he stated, the energy ASMR gives for a "purpose that benefits humankind." Which I think is harnessing it to contact some Cthulu/Lovecraftian style god or to bring them into said world, or maybe for Clemmon's to transcend to a godlike status themselves. Corvus exhibited ambitions like this as well with the new mask video, as he kept stating it "was the master's mask" or some such. Regardless, I enjoy these videos mostly for just getting that shiver to help me relax and pan out to sleep. I have bad insomnia and these videos help.
