I watched the JBA championship game against Seattle and it really showed that he's not ready for a higher level of talent. Not looking at his stats just the game, they pressured him and Gelo and both Ball brothers had plenty of turn overs. When they pressured LeMelo he would pick up his dribble sometimes before he came across half court and would jump and pass which often ended in TO. He may develop but he doesn't need to rush if he loses confidence at this level

Captain Levi Dude he doesn't have as much talent as he thinks. He is not top level D1 talent. Not enough talent to get drafted. He should have focused on college ball, possibly a smaller school prove himself for a year and transfer to a better program. He could've assessed his options from there. But since he's still a child he can't even think for himself.

People just look at how many points they scored but do not look at EVERYTHING else that really MATTERS in the NBA. The Ball boys played horrible in this League. Playing in this League showed the NBA scouts that they will do terrible in the NBA. The efficiency from them was trash. Gelo shooting 44% from the field, 31% from 3 pointers, and 71% from the Free Throw Line with 19 Turnovers. Melo was WORSE with 43% from FG, 23% from 3 pointers with 71 Turnovers.

This JBA is a joke with no good players in it. Scoring 40 against bums isn't going to help his chances of getting to the NBA. Thier father ruined any chance either had of making it to the league, well Gelo stealing in China and leaving UCLA didn't help either. Lavar is deluding his sons into thinking they are elite players. They should’ve went to college and played against the best talent in the country not in a league that their dad runs. Big shocker that they won. Why are they even talking about NBA? They are good, but NBA good? True Melo is getting better but I just don’t see it, not against the best. 3:13 Just today I was working on tip in dunks with my son Nick. I have been racking my brain for months as to how to get him onto the high school team. He's one year away from trying out for the Freshman team. Then last night it came to me. Tip in dunks. If he can pull off a bunch of those at the tryouts the coaches have to notice. Of course, we're still working on all of the fundamentals and defense and team play. But there's going to be 85 kids at the tryout, all of them haven been playing CYO for 9 years, and only 12 of them are going to make the team. So, tip in dunks. Nick has to do them at tryouts. That's the plan.

What people don't understand is is that the JBA is a second chance for alot of these ballers who couldn't get into the NCAA whether it be grades, skill, maybe just their situation in general. The JBA is not only giving these guys a chance to do what they love but they're getting paid and being taught how to manage their money. A couple of players even got a chance to play overseas. The competition isn't as bad as people think too. People just automatically thinks it's shit just cause it's Lavars league but I applauded him. He's helping all of these guys one way or another and I have faith in this league one day people will take it more serious and give it a chance instead of just bashing it just cause it's the ball family
