I have trouble with the 1st question tell me about yourself. Even though I have a graduate degree, I don't have much relevant work experience some temping, some working for a college part time. The relevant work I have is from a long time ago and isn't on my resume. Also because of the pandemic I was out of work for a long time, now I landed a job and have been there for a few months but its a clerk position which pays very little and has no future.

How do you answer the question "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" when you are expect to be retired by then as I am a (very) mature job seeker. Maybe "I hope to be still working here but in a part time position? ?? Thanks

"In five years, I hope to be living my fullest life - having advanced to the highest level of my career, giving back to my community, possibly mentoring up-and-coming xx's in their professional development." You do not have to say the word retired, but you can intimate while still addressing being a part of the company.

Before answering "tell me about yourself", I recommend you first ask them to explain the role and what they're looking for. Then you can tailor your answer based on that information. Works everytime!

One of the most challenging interview questions is: "what is your greatest flaw [where you work]?" / or some close variant. There is no stock response which will let you off easily. Over-engineered replies won't generally place you in a favorable light.
