Any idea why the IPI/CPI feature will turn on but the On/Off button won’t work to turn on the fireplace? I’ve changed out batteries inside the fireplace and the remote.

Thank you. Of course you described everything except the ONE thing I needed to know. Lol. When I turn my remote on, the flame automatically is adjusted to go as high as it can go. However, I prefer it to come on at medium height automatically when the remote is turned on. How do I adjust this. Thank you.

You will need to adjust it with the down arrow every time. In order to ensure that the Proflame system lights the main burner, it will go to Hi every time you light your fireplace.

I just installed an H8096 GTA Replacment/conversion kit for a Lennox spectra. It came with this remote system. But, the flame height adjustment buttons don't adjust the height. Also, in your video, i don't see the height adjustments happening. Any thoughts on that?

my batteries went low and then the remote and fireplace lost sync. I used a pin to hold down the Program button on the receiver but it never beeps. I replaced the batteries on the receiver. Any suggestions?

My remote won’t display the fan symbol all of a sudden, I replaced the remote and the receiver batteries and every other function works fine and still appears on the remote except the fan symbol. Can someone please help me

I do the same thing probably once a year when replacing the batteries in the remotes for one of our two fireplaces. The trick is starting from the off mode, take one of the batteries out, then hold down the thermostat button and put the battery back in. I saw a "SET" message on the LED screen and then when I turned the remote back on the thermostat button worked again. Hope this helps.
