Thanks so much for creating this review. I purchased this Pro 2000 a couple nights ago, and after watching the first review I found I had huge buyer's remorse. It was much bigger than I envisioned, and the reviewer I watched said it required two people to move it, along with some other comments that scared me off. I was waiting for their customer service to open so I could cancel when I came across this review. I watched this petite woman move the treadmill! Her review was so thorough that I changed my mind and am very excited about my purchase. Thank you!

Question, how long is the power cord,where is the power cord,front,left side,right side and can you move the power cord to the left or right depending where your electrical outlet is. Thank you again!

Great question! The power cord is located on the front-right side of the machine and is about 4.5 ft long, maybe a little longer. You can move the power cord to the left or right but you only have that amount to work with. We hope this helps!

The ProForm Pro 2000, or the Sole F80, both are great treadmills. We used to recommend the NordicTrack 1750 in that price range but the price increased, that machine is still worth checking out if you are willing to up your budget a little bit.

I ordered one but the delivery guy said it wouldn't fit through my door. I called Proform after he left and he has to come back and take it out of the box and assemble it once he gets it in my apt. because I bought the assembly option before he delivered it the first time. I guess he had a bad day or something.

Need your advice looking at the Sole 63 and Proform 800I. I like the Proform because of the 14" interactive screen but not sure of the quality. A sales person at Dicks says there is no comparison between the 2, Sole is much better Profrom is junk. What do you think?

Great review. I am in London, England and looking at Treadmills. Bought a JTX Sprint 7 but the fan is appalling - a person blowing on you is more powerful and also the heart rate monitor and pulse handles are approx 100bpm out of what the actual heart rate is - even with a chest strap. To be fair though the support are trying thier best to resolve the issue. However, I am looking at the Proform Pro 1000 and 2000. What is your view on the Proform Pro 1000? However, have been reading that ICON - the company that makes ProForm and Nordic is appalling and their service and support is shockingly bad. Also that their support is not on site so - even if in warranty - either they send you the parts to fix it yourself or they ship the treadmill back. The reports of the appalling service of ICON is what is putting me off buying the Proform, as well as it seems some have experienced their machines stop working after a few weeks. What is your experience with their customer service and have you experienced any malfunctions in the ProForm treadmills? Also would you consider reviewing the Nautilus T628 (240v version) or the T618 (110v version). Have read that it is a great treadmill, but that the heart rate keeps dropping out and it is slow to move up in speed. Stay safe x

Thanks for checking out our video! You can put your treadmill directly on carpet but your carpet will most likely get damaged over the years of treadmill use. We recommend getting a mat to protect the surface underneath your treadmill.The mat will absorb the vibrations and protect your carpet in the long-run. Great question, you can use a disinfection wipe or a wet towel or a paper towel. You can pretty much use anything to wipe it down. Any product you feel comfortable with.

@@hokiefan Yes exactly, you should be able to wipe the treadmill down with just about any cleaning product. We hope that helps! We typically use some type of wipe and then a paper towel to dry that off once you wipe down the machine, just to make sure there is no streak marks left on the console.

It will depend what exactly you are looking for but let me give you a few spec differences that might help you out: The 1750 has a slightly bigger motor at 3.6 - compared to the Pro 2000's 3.5 The running surface is the same size on both treadmills but the 1750 has a 2-ply surface, compared to a 1-ply for the Pro 2000. So NordicTrack's will be a bit thicker. The 1750 has 38 workout programs to choose from compared to the 32 on the Pro 2000. I am torn between this treadmill and the NordicTrack c2950. This one seems to have everything except a desirable monitor, but the reviews I have seen and read on the c2950 say that it is really more of a headache than it is worth with all of its bugs and issues. I am going to check your channel, but I still wanted to ask, have you done a review of the C2950? Also, you mentioned that there are other treadmills that would give a better screen option for a bit more money. Can you give any suggestions of which ones fit this description? The highest I want to pay is $2000. Any suggestion (that you have a video review to accompany it) is appreciated. Thank you!

I see that you were able to watch our comparison video for the Pro 2000 and the Commercial 1750 - you'll see in that video what I was talking about when it comes to a better display experience for a small price jump. The Commercial 2950 is a MUCH larger price jump and while I can understand why you'd want a larger screen, the real bonus for the price jump is the much larger motor. All of the NordicTrack treadmills use basically the same software. If there are any glitches or problems with the programming, their customer service is pretty good about walking you through trouble shooting. I've had to do this myself with a few of our treadmills and it's really easy to correct. So while we haven't done a review video of the 2950, we are currently playing with the x22i which also has the huge monitor. So far, so good! No glitches here.

I purchased this one a few months ago...contemplated on the Nordi incline and SoleF80, I do like the Proform, already having incline issues but I love the machine. I discovered Norditrack/Proform are the same company after purchasing. $1300, all you need :)
