Holy crap - this lady sounds so familiar. On of my old jobs (almost 8 years ago), I was just starting a job that had me going into a security office at 6a sharp to get a day pass in order to access my work site. I had to do this for several months until my regular ID was approved and the day pass was no longer needed. So every morning, I waited in this office very similar to a DMV, waited for my number to be called and then went and sat down at a desk with one of the ID office folks to give them my papers and get my pass. It would take a little while to process everything and, in the meantime, I'd usually make some small talk or something with the person processing my paperwork. There was a lady named Linda that worked there who I and another co-worker got on several occasions that looked like her and talked NON-STOP about watching sci-fi movies and tying it in in nonsensical ways with new age philosophy. I'd swear she mentioned having smoked crack in her past and my co-worker and I would always laugh about some of the wild things she said. This video unlocked that memory for me haha.

3:04 this is because god's name in Hebrew (Yahweh or Jehovah) is the same as the Hebrew phrase for "I am". So she's literally saying she is both 1/2 alien, 1/2 human, AND God incarnate... and her help can be yours for just $500 a session :D Edit: Enough people have "Akshully'd" me that I'll bother saying it, the name given in Exodus 3:14 that translates to "I am" is "Ehyeh" not "Yahweh", but the actual point of what I was saying still stands. She is still trying to claim that she's literally god incarnate. I think it's a pretty understandable mistake given most translations of scripture don't leave hyper-specific parts in Hebrew but translate everything else outside of Tanakh versions of the OT (and most of the translation is the same as other Masoretic translations anyways), but I forgot how the internet works :P

Our little mage asked our behemoth Berserker to rip the mask off of his face, so the Berserker shrugged, climbed atop the little guy, and grabbed the flesh mask with his massive meathooks, rending it with great force, rolling a nat 20 for strength. At this point our little mage let out a chilling, blood-curdling shriek, and died instantly. Turns out it wasn't a mask, it was his actual face. Our Berserker ripped our mage's face off at his behest, killing him from shock and agony. Then the bewildered Berserker blew a snot rocket into the wet insides of the face that dangled from his fingers, and used it as a sort of biological epoxy to adhere the face awkwardly back onto the wide-eyed, grinning, glistening skull of muscle, cartilage, and teeth. Oh god, I've actually met someone multiple times that was similar to Linda. Though, he didn't have a cult...or if he did, he wasn't forceful about me joining it. I met the guy when I was running a computer repair business. He was the only regular customer I had, and it was mostly because he didn't know how computers worked...to the point where he regularly forgot how to use the copy/paste function on Word, and would constantly want me to print and scan things. Dude was a mess. He was abused as a child, ran away from home, took a ton of drugs, and got schizophrenia (and that's just scratching the surface). He runs a little community/charity of like-minded people (as in, they were equally screwed in the brain) that do paintings and "sound poetry" (basically poems written in a garbled english. Not as hard to read as it sounds) to help ease their trauma. Not sure how successful it is, but it's been running for at least a good 2-3 decades (if not more). Although, one thing that I've noticed in his book that he gave me is that he likes to make-up his backstory. He talks about how he's an alien born on the moon or something, and it's just nonsensical rambles. Even when talking to him he'd get distracted by a bunch of things (mostly seeing imaginary things due to his schizophrenia), and would have the massive "epiphany moment" where he'd correlate some non-sense to something simple as plugging a USB in his computer. All to say that it wouldn't surprise me Linda in this video is also schizophrenic.

I can understand why abused and just traumatized, repressed person's psychologically invest into fake language practices. Like English is my second language and I feel like I can say and think anything that I'm ashamed or scared to say in my native tongue, which kinda intertwined with all the social, familial and other rules, stereotypes , etc. Talking and thinking in a second language feels like a safe room inside your mind or kinda like little mental migration. Nonsense talk may be used in so called dynamic meditation for same reasons - for overcoming inner censorship and for expressing repressed feelings that are now that old, that you can't really comprehend them in any way atm. And cult leaders just exploit this freeing power that one can use for hes/her psychological unwinding without getting into weird new age cults.

Unfortunately my elderly mother fell victim to more than 3 separate cults. They promised transcendence, wealth, knowledge about the “true” purpose of life. She was desperate into finding the “answers” and to be connected to people whom had the same mindset. If only she would donate her money that there would be promise of a Mansion and servants after transcendence. She was on a fixed income and the leaders knew. One claimed to be a reincarnation of an apostle from the Bible. She would question why her prayers weren’t answered. If only she spent hours having bible studies and donations of money that she would have the truth. They made her question her devotion to the “cause”. She had to donate her money often or else she would be ostracized from the community.

I’m pretty sure Linda has meningitis. I knew someone years ago who was describing similar things like blue, pink, and purple clouds when the clouds looked normal to me. She also started talking about weird stuff, not aliens specifically but she talked about seeing angels. She ended up passing away a year or two after being diagnosed. So I’m pretty sure Linda won’t live long enough to form a substantial cult following. Kind of sad watching this because I saw the slow deterioration of the mental state and her senses of reality slipping away from her. Meningitis is very scary because the individual infected with the disease won’t know most of the time until it’s too late. It’s also a ticking time bomb and kills and manifests various hallucinations at different rates of progression.
