Wonderful tutorial!!! I have a 1530 Bernina If you have any other sewing tips for 1630 would appreciate more tutorials, I think my 1530 is similar to the 1630. I can now try to program names in my memory. Thank you so much.

Hi there, I'm looking to buy a used Bernina. Is $300 you a 27 year old machine (1630 ) a good deal in your opinion?

I was looking at one for close to £500 so that's about $550!!! I think more ppl are taking up sewing during lock down to keep busy and also to make and sell masks! 300usd doesn't sound to bad compared to here

There is a small disk on the right side of the machine at the top which controls the screen brightness. It is not labeled but it has raised lines radiating out from a circle. Rotate this disk.
