Just watched the pillars of the clean....as someone without a coach. Instantly improved my technique. Hooked to this channel!

This channel might be one of the best on YT. I love their stuff and they (Max) have been extremely helpful for all of my training.

Max Aita is one of few coaches I can listen to for hours. Perfect voice and breaks everything down so easily even a 5-year old can understand. Intelligence and logic is so sexy!

Would it be suggested for a "level 2" lifter (according to Takano's weightlifting book, ~3 years training with decent technique) to emphasize training on strength/hypertrophy than peaking if lifter's classic lifts are close to their strength lifts to improve/increase classic lifts? i.e. if current best are Snatch 100kg, C&J 130kg, BS 160kg, FS 145kg, OHS 108kg

Does all this sort of information go into developing A.I. weightlifting programming? Is that on the cards to be released in the near future?

Yes and yes

Are these things usually calculated per lift or for everything in the program? For example, in an accumulation phase, would the top end of the intensity curve (up to 100%) be filled with squats and pulls, or should all intensities of the classic lifts be included at all times but in different quantities?

Also, how do lifts that exceed 100% of a lifter's best clean and jerk fit into the intensity distribution and average intensity. If you've written about this in a book, I'd love to read it

I believe Max aita had written a book about this, check out the Juggernaut training systems website, the book will be there.

Do you think men having the ability to do Lower volume on average is directly because of the fact men are on average heavier??
