How is it possible to copy from old remote (top button) to copy new remote to the left or right button? Same way like copy both tops like the video does not work.

Hello, Please try to reprogram the remote. If you can't register it again on the receiver or copy the signal from an original remote; the remote is faulty and you need a new one.
