It's fun and that makes me happy because I spent a long time looking for videos of who will teach. Hi Bob, a great tutorial indeed, showing the programming differences between the FS-i6 and FS-i6x. I’ve used the FS-i6S for my Scania R620, awesome radio’s as they come with the self centring kit as standard. Take care and best wishes 😁😊😉

Bob, a good friend of mine will find this extremely valuable! He's building his first Rig, and found your new Grand Hauler series absolutely amazing!! It really helped. This answered a couple of questions for me as well. 👍👍 Feel like a challenge??? If you can figure out how to set up the FS-i6X to run either S-Bus or I-Bus with Beier.... You would make my three USM-RC-2s actually USABLE! 😲 I'm so frustrated trying, and there's NO good videos out there. The few just show how to do it with Drones, with specific Board Receivers. It would really be appreciated if you could.

Hi bob, I have a fs-i6x & im having trouble with my mfc-01 on my grand hauler. I have all functions working correctly except turning on my running lights with the dual rate switch on ch2. I followed your video on fs-i6x and did dual rates to 75% on both (SwA & SwB) but i have short and long horn even after i flip on my dual rate switch (SwA). In display i can see the dual rate functioning properly also. If you have any idea id appreciate it. Thanks

Great video. I currently use a Turnigy 9XR Pro for my trucks and tanks, but the sticks are starting to drift. Looking at swapping out the sticks, but these radios are priced low enough to perhaps swap out all my Turnigy stuff. (4 trucks, 3 tanks, 1 boat)

Good night Bob. I added the other receiver for the trailer lights very well when I started my truck the MFC was isolated the lights only flashed and it didn't start what should I do thanks att. Roberto Salazar

The truck receiver is no longer bound. Using 2 receivers ONLY works if both receivers ate the ia6. The "B" model receivers or the 10 channel receivers will not work. You may need to bind both receivers at the same time.

just bought 2 of these as the price was good, when I was looking for a controller a couple of years ago I ended up with the Carson 500501006 FS Reflex Stick II 6 Channel Remote with Reciever. I am surprised that controllers have come down so much in the last couple of years, especially when the price of everything else is going up so dramatically.

I recently got the FS I6x and have a GT sound , voice and light Unit I am using a separate esc with the system, got it all to work but need to add the coupler servo for the trailer release, had to connect the shifting servo to the receiver directly for it to shift works just fine. But I was wondering if adding extra lights would be the same process like this one you have in the video, anyone’s thoughts!!

hey hey dear friend ....I have set everything in the FS-i6x and calibrated the MFC 1 as necessary as in your video report, .... but sometimes when I make a movement with the sticks in a certain position, the MFC 1 turns off and starts up again which is very annoying.....Now I have found that if I move a little further away from the receiver, this does not happen very often... do you have a solution, perhaps the 2nd and 4 channel and four slightly less than this 75%?..............Thx and Greats from Belgium , keep one the superb works we love you works

Not the programming. If the main battery voltage gets low it will cause a restart like that. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Also a loss of signal to the receiver can cause it. You might try moving the receiver antennas a bit.

Hi Bob, great video and has helped me out so much, why do you assign D/R to ch2 and ch4 but you only use one switch for D/R? one switch does D/R, another switch does the gears, so what is the other switch for?

The other switch is unused with a standard MFC setup so it winds up as an extra channel. You can use it for other things. As an example an electronic switch to control more led's.

Only works with the iA6 receivers. The "B" receivers will not work.

I suppose you could but frankly that die cast masters truck is probably not worth the expense. You would need a new radio also.

If it did work and they does not check the 3 position switch next to the on/off switch. Should be in the center.

You can use a 2s. But be aware that the MFC has no low voltage cutoff so a separate low voltage alarm is a very good idea.
