For the falafel: try forming the batter into balls, freezing them, coating them in safflower/canola oil once they're fully frozen, THEN putting them in the air fryer. That's how I've been doing it.
@renaudbardet66994 жыл бұрын
I make my falafel in the air fryer, it’s very good ! I prefer it over oil in a pan (cannot beat real deep fryer tho) It tends to be dryer, so definitely needs more moisture than regular falafel, it won’t come appart has easily so you can really go for it with the greens. A flat shape also gives a more even result than a ball in my experience. Do it!

Preheat with your pan in before dropping the steak. 2-6 minutes on one side, 2-6 minutes on the other, and you get a much better result. It also helps if you use an air fryer grill instead of the crisping basket when doing steaks. I'm going to try out some of your recipes since they look really good. I'm a recent air fryer convert and my steaks have neve come out better.

An air fryer is essentially a convection oven in the shape of a fryer. So surviving off of it, is like surviving off of only oven baked foods. There are a couple great videos comparing air fryers to standard convection toaster ovens. But regardless! Kudos to this challenge! i lovew the airfryer because you can experiment different things and get amazing results The thing that i do is getting the recipes done first with lower temperatures and then to finish with the bang the crispy crusts with regular checking if something goes wrong You can rarely go wrong with the airfryer because it is save on 160 celsius (not faherenheid) But the full 200 degress is getting the final crispyness. And you should get good popcorn when you fry them in 160 degrees celsius without the risk burning them. They won't fail : of you hear them pop , leave them in there aand lower the temperature to 155 degrees celsius . All evenly popped !!

I am born and raised in WV. Pepperoni rolls are born in us. We love them here. It is both awesome and sad that they are mostly unheard of anywhere else. I love that they are our stand out food, but they are so amazing, everyone should know about them. They were originally made for the coal miners to be able to take a filling and handheld lunch down into the mines with them. We don’t do sauce in ours. We keep it simple with just pepperoni or pepperoni and cheese. Just a little West Virginia shout out always makes me happy. ❤
