yea if you stack magic+ items on edgar flash(sun beam) by itself pretty much trivializes world of balance, its incredibly strong early on in the game

I always thought it was a bit weird that the Empire has such a powerful and (presumably) expensive air defence system when the entirety of the world's airships is... the Blackjack.

@@renatocorvaro6924 Not really, you wouldn't build air defences if there was nothing to defend against in the air. That there's virtually no airships any more demonstrates the effectiveness of the air defence system and its continued maintenance makes it a very effective deterrent to the idea of building new airships, hence the decline of airships.

Considering that they're cranes that an airship could just fly over (this battle never made sense to me), I always just assumed that they weren't meant to be an air defense. Rather, they were improvised into one in this particular moment.

To be honest, the idea of having TV-like "seasons" for your full playthroughs is a great idea - it helps combat the "viewer fatigue" you've been reporting, and also prevents you from also getting burnt out from playing through a game from start to finish! Looking forward to continuing this one when it comes back next season!

Setzer was the MVP for me in the Crane fight. Rolled his Airship on the slots and hit both Cranes for 1700 damage. Makes you wonder how the Airship managed to bomb itself though.

Setzer is actually pretty OP at this part of the game cuz he has almost consistent Cura Tier party wide heal Plus he have AOE Tier 2.5 damage level of damage it kinda insane how stacked he is at this part Obviously late game slot will become meh again but he is a GODSEND at this point alongside Gau

The different Final Fantasy games’ music works for me tbh because I don’t think this is meant to be a definitive version of FFVI. More just a fun challenge. And getting a fun mix of FF music to go along with the regular tracks is just a fun touch to go along with the remixed fights/mechanics. :3

1) For the future I'd like to see different party make-ups and not just the same-ish 4 all the time. If you want to always keep Locke that is fine. 2) If I remember correctly, giving Locke Dual-Wield means he Mugs twice. This would not only up his damage output but also increase the chances of stealing stuff.

there should actually be 6 espers in Magitek Factory but I like what they did (which I won't spoil) Also, I like how their spells aren't as good because it does adress one of the issues Jared talk about in his own review where Spells becomes so overused and strong that all skills quickly becomes obsolete. this isn't the case here. I still like the original game better than this one but I like what they did. Also, I really wouldn't mind 6 months of this, it's been a long time since I last actively wait for new videos on youtube :)
