Congress not being united is also not new, and if being deadlocked can be thrown at anyone, it's the Progressives who make Conservatives look more and more extreme just because they haven't changed their stance. Not to mention Congress members are chosen by the voters, not the President and such, so the efficiency of Congress directly represents those who elected them. I also have no doubt Democrats would try and put a Democrat in SCOTUS even before Trump made the scene.

😢God help us. I downloaded the 922 page pdf. Type in "project 2025 and pdf" in your URL. The many 1st pages give who are involved and their bio. Then a list of ccontributors. The "forward" is a rambling, poorly written, poorly punctuated list of grievances. I ask you all to read I'm only on the 55 pdf page.

The best one can say for your comment is "You're lying." First of all, it doesn't have a "forward", but it does have a "Foreword" which is the proper spelling for the term. It is certainly not "poorly written" and "poorly punctuated." Perhaps it is "rambling" to you, if you're not capable of following a line of thought giving the background and rationale for the project. And explaining the need for the project does not constitute a "list of grievances." But I do encourage people to download the pdf so they can see what it actually says, instead of accepting the load of radical leftsist bs that inundates the comment section on this video.

The Heritage Foundation was created because Congress first decided to use non partisan think tanks filled with experts on issues to just solve problems in the country.... They were given problems and told to come up with plans to institute fixes for them so Congress could write laws using those fixes..... The issue though was the fixes were just not popular with Republican donors and politicians so they decided to start paying for their own partisan ones that had the "fix" being whatever they wanted it to be and instead was tasked with working backwards from that to try and sell it as an actual fix to the problem.
