In episode 30 I port match the inlet manifold to the cylinder head and get it painted ready for install.

Hi, I have a peugeot 206 with tu5jp4 engine it currently has cat cams 704 cams (259 degrees duration-8.7 valve lift), stock manifold stock crankshaft stock piston and rods and 4.2.1 headers and cold intake it is 133hp when dynoed the car and wanted to upgrade it to vts air manifold and newman ph3 cams (264 degrees duration-10.15 valve lift) what is your though on this setup is it proper for daily uses and occasional friendly drag/races? by the way the ecu is bosch 7.4.4

Not having had a 206 I wouldn't know personally but these engines tend to get to 150-160bhp with a nice set of throttle bodies and ph3 cams. I think for the road that's the sweet spot. Get them brakes upgraded and some good tyres!
