Some of the clips (especially the outdoor shot from the slot car) is borderline video footage of an actual race, and that's pretty damn freaking awesome. Those reflections off of the chrome front are spectacular!

That's because the ruf rgt-8 uses a 4.5 liter v8 outta the Ferrari 458, the other models such as the ruf ctr-3 or the rt-12 S use Porsche flat 6 engines

No you can't change your upgrades but you can change various settings on the cars like the wings, suspension, tire pressure, brake balance, gearing, things like that.

Not the best driver lol but a great compilation nonetheless! Gotta play this game with a wheel! Been playing on my t500rs w/ Richmotech brake mod, Fanatec CSS shifter, and it is sublime. Very immersive! They keep delaying it but I am ok with that. Assetto Corsa has been holding me over just fine.

Why is the the steering wheel animation so bad! Are you steering with keyboard buttons? Otherwise the game looks awesome!!

He's driving with a gamepad. If you don't like the jumpy animations there's an option that smoothes out the wheel movements. Nice thing to have for keyboard and gamepad steering.

BenBuja I just checked and there's actually two settings related to this. If you go into the controller settings and select the configuration tab you'll see an Advanced setting at the bottom. Enable that and the Soft Steering Dampening and Visual Wheel Filtering options will become available. The latter is purely a visual effect, it will smooth out the wheel's movement for quick steering inputs. The former will actually smooth out the inputs as well, which I don't like even with a gamepad, because I feel it makes steering less precise, but as always when it comes to control settings YMMV. It's probably really useful for keyboard steering, but I never tried that.
