This is the review I saw as a Japanese person. Produced by the SEGA Like a Dragon development team. The historical background is the Taisho era of 1915, and it seems to be a game about the Yakuza who ruled the underworld at that time. For reference, Japan's largest Yakuza organization is said to have been born in 1915. It may be a story depicting the birth of the Tojokai, a yakuza organization that appears in Like a Dragon.
