Hey bluedrake I've been watching your videos for a while now and I'm impressed as in my country (Jamaica) there is an organization called the JCCF (Jamaica Combined Cadet Force) which basically teaches teenagers basic military procedures and drills (Shooting, Camouflage, Survivor skills) and has the same rank system as the British Army. Seeing this I have decided to buy Battlefield 2 Complete Package on steam and get the Project Reality mod. One question: Is it free? P.S. I subbed you man :D

It sounds scarier than it is. Mumble comes along with the game and is installed automatically, no need to worry about it. You just need to assign two buttons (keyboard or mouse) for local mumble speech (distance-based, spoken to everybody in vicinity) and squad chat (talk to all your squad members only). THAT'S IT !! ))

Very large learning curve to this game. But there are co-op matches against bots to get better at the game. Also you'll find that most people in the game are pretty helpful if you're a new player.

Will the server shutdown affect PR? I really want to know because I just joined the bluedraklings and I don't want to use up $19 on something I won't be able to play online with when it's oriented for that. Also Bluedrake, do you play ARMA: PR too? I've only seen BF2:PR videos so far.

Pretty much everything except for the game engine. They basically built a whole new game using the BF2 engine. It's incredible and definitely worth it if you love tactical shooters and teamwork. They are also currently working on a standalone game in CryEngine 3.

Just buy BF2 at Steam or Origin. And PR 1.0 goes with fancy installer, integrated Mumble support and on-line manual to get you started. Good luck!

PR (Project Reality) is a modification for Battlefield 2. This means that you'll need to get regular BF2 to download this. But don't worry,BF2 is a pretty old game so it ain't gonna cost you much. If you didn't get the answer you wanted then search for ''Project Reality'' on Google and you'll find they're site. Good luck!
