Project WJ - Trimming the Front Fenders on the WJ... AGAIN!!!

Did some damage on the last adventure due to a combination of no limit straps and not enough clearance. In this episode we trim the front fenders and do some bodywork.

Did I miss the tire size? Also (newbie question) aren’t limiting straps for downtravel, not up travel into the fender?

Yes you did, 33s. You are correct, bump stops

@@SoCalTrooper do we’re you able to cut enough to make the 33s fit without hitting things? It looks awesome

Yes the second round did the trick after I added the bump stops. even before this it was only rubbing with really aggressive flexing and with the sway bars disconnected

@@SoCalTrooper ahh okay. So 33s, lots of cutting, and bump stops, now you can flex aggressively and not hit anything ? That’s hard to find first hand info. What bump stops did you choose? Anything you’d do differently?

What bump stop length did you go with when you added bump stop extensions.
