Project Zomboid Milsim - Operation Locker

When large scale MP dropped for this game I played so much of it. Basically Walking Dead simulator with groups of people and such, resource struggles. Anyway, while I had a few of my milsim buddies join me, most of my time playing consisted of training randoms and developing SOPs, I was always scavenger/raid leader. It was great managing convoys, logistics, teaching people basic tactics. This game actually has so much depth to it, it's great. Multiplayer really took it from a somewhat boring game to something truly amazing. I loved planning out a raid or scavenging trip, setting up RPs (rendezvous not roleplay) and backup vehicles, clearance paths, teaching the guys how to maintain security and develop blocking positions. There was so much to it, and I guess what really added to the immersion was that I was literally teaching civilians how to do these kinds of things.

Do you have some real experience or did you learn through milsim?

@TheDigitalFax I am 100% civilian myself, sorry if that was misleading. Most of what I've learned hasn't been through milsim but hands on, and though I am a huge gamer, I'm just a nerd who likes to read/watch training material, stay fit, and play with my overexpensive toys. Milsim gaming to me is just something that both matches my interests and fills a certain niche most games don't fulfill, being the extensive communication needed between large groups of people.

@@jakesomethingorother4676 no need to apologize Mr Jake. I've always wanted to join a dedicated group of people like this, but I am also incredibly avoidant of commitment so I just never tried. I don't want my game to become another obligation ya know?

He didn't deny that he grabbed it. He denied that it was an M-4, which upon re-watching, it definitely wasn't. It just looked like it may have been from the angle it was first at.
