Thanks for this video mate I would have been stuck without it. Daughter's been asking me to change her dead bulb for a couple of days, she's a Nursing Assistant on the cancer ward at the local hospital and she's back on nights as of tonight. I casually strolled out to her car before realising how involved just changing a bulb was. Cheers mate, happy daughter.

Really helpful, i also had abit of a job to get that small cover back on but got there in the end. Also had to work out that the clip that holds the build in is a push and slide to the side to release. Took me 20mins but good job, many thanks.

I have a base model KA “Studio” and my drivers side dip bulb has popped, not looking forwards to doing it but this has enlightened me, thanks mate.

Mechanic at my local garage opened the bonnet and actually managed to get his hand down from the top and replace the bulb!

Well I've managed to change both light bulbs in my little ka (mk 1, 1.3) Did it without removing the bumper or panel underneath but by god it is a squeeze to get your hand in. The nearside was fiddly but the offside was almost impossible. Did look at removing underside of bumper yet 18 year old screws were not gonna come off & then go back on again. Next time the garage can do it 👍

Hi! I need to change the headlight entirely.. Do I need to remove the bumper or I just need to do like you have done in this video?

To remove the entire headlight on that side you will need to unclip all the bumper on that side :)

Its good to know, on the other side its harder for StreetKA because you have all the pullies and no room to reach it

Hi, can you do a video on the front bumper as my street ka has the same issue, previous owner replaced bulb but not secured bumper back near the front headlamp. Dabs.

Having no luck with this. Popped the new one in and it failed on the MOT. So I’ve gone back and taken it out and for the life of me cannot get the fucker to sit straight. Right pain.
