Hi Stefan! My name is Ali'i I'm from Hawaii but currently live in LA with my girlfriend. The first video I ever came across was your morning ritual about 2 years ago. It was my desire to change my life and do things differently that led to finding your video. I bought a white board and copied what you taught and It has really helped me in my life. Although I take action I find myself getting stuck in old belief patterns and habits that are not supportive for my future, but I can always check out one of your videos and its exactly what I needed to hear at the moment. Anyway, I saw your last video on goals and resolutions and your goal is to reach 80k people this month. I'm letting you know who I am and that you have inspired me and made me a better person so I'm one of those 80k ppl. Thank you for what you do, keep up the Amazing work! Aloha, Ali'i

I suggest making timestamps in the description on the topics you cover because you have a 25 minute video here and the viewer not finding what he/she wants can just make them click on another video.

What about other tasks that won't impact me like grocery shopping to getting lesson plans done for my job (I'm a teacher but trying to change jobs), cleaning the kitchen, E-mailing someone, etc.? Cleaning the kitchen is priority since I haven't in such a long time and have been meaning to. What do you think about this?
@Willcoix8 жыл бұрын
Strawberry Mochi I umbrella those tasks under having happy home for a happy life. Or healthy life bc groceries are important for your health. For your email task.. building stronger relationships with people for email tasks

ah and this is why i think planning your day can be a little too all consuming. i know a youtuber who sets a 20 minute timer every night and she then goes around and cleans up the house, kitchen, whatever. (rachel aust) personally, i have three priorities: school, work, health. i make sure i do my schoolwork, i do my job, and i workout every day. (my diet is pretty much set after months of slow habit changes.) building my own business right now is sometimes benched, purely because i have to make sure i'm healthy. i know school eats away at so much of my time so i have to realistically acknowledge these things. just like cleaning your kitchen- you have to realise that you need to get it done, even if it isn't planned. : )

Fantastic video! This really clarifies the previous version. I still have a question of how do you handle random to-do's? Like buy lightbulbs, visit grandma, organize the garage, etc. I have trouble fitting in things that need to be done, but don't fit into any of my goals. Do you ever add a random to-do list of chores?

I have a question. Say I have quite a few goals to work towards and some are always daily (like working out) so that will always be 1 of the three outcome, and business is always another one. Do you switch them out or do you sometimes have more then 3 a day. Just wanted to know your thoughts or advise?
@ebloom15877 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for this and all your videos. Like how all the action items align with bigger goals. I have a few questions: 1. As a mother of 4 boys age 7 and under it seems much of my day is filled with 'must's. I'm not saying this to complain, I love my little ones, but it is hard to realize sometimes what is realistic for me to accomplish in addition to those. Any advice on deciding what are musts and/or how hard to push ourselves? 2. Have you ever done this method the night or day before so you can get on it right after your morning ritual? 3. Have you learned about or have any advice for morning ritual with little kids? Thanks much for any thoughts you could share!
@ProjectLifeMastery7 жыл бұрын
1. I would recommend pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and see the results you get. Here's a video about that kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6TReqNnn7ekaZI. 2. Whatever sets you up best to win the day is the best thing for you. 3. Do you mean you don't have time for your ritual? It doesn't have to be very long, you can cater it to your life
@fueguisimo87028 жыл бұрын
Stefan, Really enjoyed your video. I recently started learned about the RPM method through Tony Robbins. Your video applied the information well and helped me gain a better understanding of the method. The step-by-step guide was very helpful. I learn very through examples so really appreciated that you used your real life and opened up about what you were actually doing and the emotion that powered each action/purpose. To take this video to another level I'm envisioning a journal/planner that is presented and organized in a way that adds value to the goal trying to be reached while using it . Again, thank you so much for the video, I look forward to applying this information. Cheers

Stephan, I map out my days and weeks using Google calendar because it shows on all devices, it reminds me just before I have to do something, and it's shareable. However, how do you avoid missing start times for To-Dos which then snowball into and over other tasks and days - essentially having to re-work the whole calendar/schedule yet again?

find a planning system that you like, find a notebook that you like, there are plenty for everyone's taste, find a nice pen, make it kinda a game for 30 days, visualize a perfect day and then plan out not only activities but also rest, personal time etc. Use colorcoding etc I was doing it for 7 months now and I can't imagine myself without a planner.
