If to talk about the project. What kind of KPI's can it be? Should it be against triple constraint (time, budget and scope), and can it be for example how many tasks each team member perform diring specifit time? Or how many tasks (milestones) was delivered in time or how many tasks was delayed? Am I right?

Is there a difference between KPIs, metrics and measures or are the all one in the same? I get confused on the terminology and I think people use them interchangeably. Do you mind doing a break and example of each?

KPIs have metrics that must be met. A metric could be "number of transactions per month" for example. Not sure how measures fits in, but KPIs have a structure for how we measure attainment of a metric. For example, how do we actually count the transactions per month and when and who does it and how. Hope this helps. KPIs can also be called success measures or "measure of success".
