Hey man I just wanted to say thanks for the videos. Your content helps people like me who are kind of new/newer to the scrapping world. I took your advice and stoped in and spoke to the owners of a few companys in my local area to ask them about removing metal scraps of whatever fourm. i explained to them i can help cut back on dumpster removal fees by giving them a 50 gallon drum for smaller stuff and the bigger stuff can sit somewhere of their choosing. Now ive got a plumbing company, hvac and electrician company. Thanks for giving me the tips to the trade. on a side note i think you need some help man. its clear you can do it on your own but from what i can see you are a man who likes to do thing smarter not harder. Get a helper so you dont have to do ALL the work in that hot Florida sun alone. All you need is one hard working trustworthy guy as your helper and second hand. Thanks for all the good content and we look forward to all the stuff you have coming up in the next few days.

Eventually all the old light will be changed. As they say early bird catches the worm. There will be thousands in your state that will change. I'm taking all the wire they are pulling out with the traffic lights being changed in my city. The piles do build up. Enjoying your videos...your videos encourages me to go out and find scrap.

How did you get the contact to get that wire?
@iffy97762 жыл бұрын
@@mrk9295 I went up to the contractors. I get more wire from electrical workers they earn enough and just asked them and once month get what they save for me. Some turned me away and said no.

It's hotter than all get out said the guy with 6 years of beard growth on his face😄 Don't know how you do it in that heat bro but great video. That wet rag around the neck works great for me also. I ad some ice to the inside of some rags and put that around my neck. Ice last about 2 hours and keeps me 10 degrees cooler at least. 👍

Here is a tip for moving something heavy like that 55 drum. Put a garbage bag or two underneath it before you fill it up and you can pull it out of there with 1 hand. That tip goes for electricians also if your rolling big spools of wire to make turns. Easy peezy

In your trailer, you should put a couple of metal lockable cabinets up towards the top, that way you can store your tools that you'll be using for the job and they'll be right in the trailer and up off the floor, and you'll have more floor room!!! Just an ideal

For your blue barrel pallet jack loading- same concept, but get yourself a 3" thick 12x12 block of wood. Tip the barrel up and on the wood then you can slide the pallet jack under the barrel and dont even have to use energy to slide it all the way back if you're loading multiple barrels.

53:25 this reminds me of a while back when you talked about taking stuff for free. It seems awesome at the time, but you never know when they’ll call you back and say “hey I want money for that thing I gave you for free” or some sh$t, but the way you did it you gave him money (42 bucks lmao) so you can just say hey I paid you for it so it’s kind like you sold it to me so it really belongs to me. Good way to make sure it doesn’t come back and bite you in the ass

Sounds like someone's trying to get out of paying for new lights maybe. Seeing how much those plastic drums were crumpling at the scrapyard I wonder if upgrading to some 55 gal steel drums would be worth it, there were 6 shell rotella drums laying around on my parents property when they bought it so you could prob find some for free/cheap on crasigslist or something. But hell who knows that dude on the forklift might end up crushing them anyways xD
