Which elements are present in ALL prokaryotic promoters? You said -35 ele and -10 ele may be absent, but somewhere else I heard that TSS together with -10 ele are present in all prokaryotic promoters. Thank you for your wonderful videos.

Hello! I believe these videos could serve as notes within themselves too - one could take screenshot of the entire whiteboard and keep that as study material - although a lot of details that are verbalized but not written on the whiteboard would be missing.
