Great video! I know you have members that are osteopenic. I am one of them at 70 yrs old. Going over and explaining zipping up and when to zip up has been extremely useful. Thank you so very much, Dr Bri

Thanks, Francine! I'm glad you had a chance to watch. THANK YOU for emphasizing the importance of zipping up to stabilize the core and protect the bones and joings. Zipping is key, along with maintaining proper alignment (i.e., hinging at the hips to bend forward rather than flexing/hunching/rounding the spine)

I find these exercises very helpful. I fell backwards and broke a small bone in my wrist. Found out I have moderate osteoporosis. These exercises will really benefit me. Especially the walking backwards (it’s how I fell) and the other strengthing exercises. Thank you! I also have prolapse bladder.

Building strength and balance is so important after a fall, especially the backwards walking practice for confidence. Just remember to move gently and prioritize safety - perhaps try balance exercises near a wall or sturdy chair at first. Work at your own pace and celebrate each small improvement! ~ Vibrant Support

Hey there, If you’re getting up every two hours, you should consider looking into or talking to your dr about pelvic floor physical therapy. If your dr doesn’t know enough about it, call your insurance company. Most will allow physical therapy without a referral. It’s life changing- sleeping through the night! I pray that you find relief soon. There is so much you can do to relieve symptoms, at the very least.
