Looking forward to the plumbing system installation.

Great work sussing out the inverter issues. Appliances and power tools are designed to work on 88-100VAC, to account for very long extension cords and wiring. But since your application is a small vehicle, if you can lower the output voltage of the inverter to around 110VAC, you will have about 9% more usable power from your batteries.

Thanks for the tips Aspen! Vey helpful! So far... I am happy with the way it turned out. Looking forward to getting some use out of it soon!

You might want to rethink the button placement, since they are touch sensitive imagine turning everything on when your legs hang down and brush up against them early in the morning. Blinding flash of all the puck lights turning on at once. Gotta love electrical bugs, so hard to diagnose and it's usually something simple if you can even find it. Glad all is working now even though you had to get a new inverter.

Yer not kidding... if all those lights came on all at once, you would think a nuke went off! :) Kinda bright for sure. I did relocate and should work pretty good wthout touching in the middle of the night!

This van is very luxurious and your electrical work is super clean. 🏆✅ After you install the switches and drawer under the bed will that completely seal off that pass-through? I guess you're not planning on needing it for any reason. Thanks for the video.🆗🆒

Thank you T455! Pretty happy seeing it come together! The drawers will close off the pass through under the bed, currently not seeing a HUGE need for it, although, it would be nice to have. I will prefer to have most of the storage up front, keeping non-essentials in the back. Still room for many design changes though! :)

I see you relocated the inverter cut off switch from the ground side to the supply side as I suggested earlier. Would you PLEASE move your 12 volt cut switch off to supply side of the fuse block as well? As it is wired now the fuse block is always hot even when the switch is in the off position which could lead to dangerous arching or a shock when working on the 12 volt circuits! Above the inverter cut off would be a handy location. SAFETY FIRST!

Appreciate the advice sir... your wish is my command, and this has been done as well! :) Thanks for checking it out and keeping things straight!

Nice step up from the Renogy "boat anchor" The Sungoldpower inverter seems to be a clone of the Aims inverter but at a better price. Probably made in the same factory. Seems like this inverter/charger will be nice because it has a charger and also is a transfer switch so it will pass through the AC power when you hook up to shore power and transfer back to battery when disconnected from shore power. What model number is your inverter?

Good Morning! Great job on the installation. Too bad the original inverter went kaput…any chance of a refund? I bought a 1989 Xplorer 230 XLW last week. It’s in the shop having a ‘go-over’ done on it from the ground up for possible mechanical repairs. Have a blessed Sunday! ~Jim~

Naw... I bought that thing a year ago, doubt if they would even consider it :) Awesome news on the purchase... wishing you a great build and adventure!
