Do the fans cool your van down? Or would you need to put an ac in the back?

The fans provide a strong cross breeze... bringing in the ambient temperature from outside, it doesn't actually cool the van down. If you are wanting to cool the van, I would suggest an A/C. Thanks for checking the video out!

I guess they're just for cosmetic purposes. The flap for control access is pointless if the cover needs to be removed for the full operation of the fan............

Actually, they block a lot of the heat too... so that is a plus!
