Recently maharastra High court appointed 6 judicial magistrate as a additional judge of High'court of Maharashtra even west bengal also appointed 9 judicial officers as a additional judge of Calcutta High court and also appointed 10 judicial magistrate as additional judge of High'court of Punjab and Haryana and supreme court first female judge also appointed from munsif court to supreme court there are two options you can go for highcourt & supreme court first'one asa judicial officers you have to serve cjm atleast 5years and give Higher judiciary exam as a seniority based there is chance to go to High'court and practising asa advocate for 7 years and 35 of age give Higher judiciary exam and there is chance to get into High court and supreme court & in supreme court there is Adj who aapointed to High'court than supreme court... Yes time changing not only advocate judicial officers are also appointed to High'court please highlight this also..

Across States (Pan India): The transfer of High Court judges from one state to another is done by the President of India after consultation with the Chief Justice of India (CJI). This is provided for under Article 222 of the Indian Constitution. The process usually involves recommendations by the CJI and is intended to maintain judicial independence and efficiency.

DD Basu or VN Shukla, but you don't need to do deep study. Coz both the books are quite detailed. CLAT UG requires only basic understanding of Constitution. All the very best👍
