applying down pressure also requires pronation, you can't apply it while being oversupinated 😎

@Lost Prophet Sure you can, I supinate so hard I cut into the cupping nerve at the wrist and press down. Off the start, cup hard, get behind my shoulder supinate aggressively...hydraulic press down. Check out Devons finish on Binnie...that's a common finish for me

@@Thelgren00 bro no, look closely again at your hand when you are chopping down, it is NOT fully supinated, as long as your thumb still connects to ur opponent's you will ALWAYS need to apply pronation to win with any technique

I didnt understand lock and drive properly does it mean that instead of rolling in pronation we should keep our wrist pronated and then lift the weight instead of tuning our wrist while lifting
