Prone Knee Bending Test/Reversed Lasegue's Test

The Prone Knee Bending Test/Reversed Lasegue's Test is used to help identify upper lumbar nerve root compression issues. The Femoral Nerve derives from L2,3,4 nerve roots and when placed on tension, will cause reproduction of symptoms. I get quad fasciculations. Some aching and cramping also. Reverse lasague feels fine. Only some mild degeneration at l4-l5 on MRI. Are the symptoms likely spine or something else?

hey paul :) during my basketball season i hyperextended my knee, heard a pop when it came back from being hyperextended, there has been a tone of pain in my knee since and whenever i bend it i hear a loud pop, it got swollen very quickly and hurts very bad when i put pressure on it and feels like there is a popped rubber band inside it, going down steps is extremely hard for me. do u have any clue of what it could be by the way the pain is right on my patella or bottom and on the left side of my right knee

Highest rate of covid in the country and the guy wasn't going to wait to have the video done till after he had permanent nerve damage. Checked out your youtube channel and didn't see too many vids with or without a mask. I am trying to teach and the patient was nice enough to help others learn from the misery he was going through
