Really truly insightful (& validating). Trauma can be hereditarily passed; for our kiddos, we must maintain a gentle vigilance on the traits we may not have meant to pass to them. If Trauma can be passed, then so too can Joy. 🙏💙❣️

I totally agree with what you shared. 4 years ago my narcissistic wife of 34 years of marriage left me taking with her our children saying that my friendship with a person she heard was a child abuser caused her great stress. She presented herself as the victim and me the bad guy. The stress of this brought about a valve into my stomach closing off so I could not keep anything down which I ate. I went from 212 lbs down 117 lbs and ended up in the hospital for several months, where I had to have a permanent feeding tube into my stomach in order to survive as they could not successfully open that valve up. I ended up getting back together with he as they would not release me from the hospital unless I had care and my wife agreed to do that as she is a retired nurse. That was 3 years ago and she has left again on 3 occasions where she is a victim and I’m the bad guy. It has been 6 months since she has left this time and there is no way I will allow her back into my life hoping for a change in her behaviour. I am a Christian and pray for healing for myself and my family that has been so wounded by this evil.

I am greatly saddened at the information as it is quite scarey, but knowledge is power and we all need to understand these truths of narcissistic abuse and its heartbreaking trauma. The information is also fascinating as to how our bodies work in determination to heal itself given the chances and proper care. I started an internal bleeding that lasted 10 years when I was 13. My parents are narcissists. Then struggled with fatigue for years after I left them at 16. A lot of other people in my family who have harmed me beyond expression are narcissists, a lot of my leads and colleagues at work were narcissists. My fking life is full of them. And this is a realization!!! I'm looking and hoping for a spiritual answer. What can I do to break free? Or what am I doing on a spiritual level to attract these demons?

I was in a satanically concieved marriage for almost 45 years. I was crippled by many spinal diseases, Dr addicted for 24 yrs to the most powerful drugs on earth: OxyContin, Morphine etc. I repented and destroyed my New Age altar of gurus, shivas, Catholic idols and burned over 200 books- everything. Even a 12hr spine reconstruction failed. Jesus gave me two tours of hell- snapping me out of the NewAge delusion. I was freed of all drugs after 588 days on 4/26/2018. Immersed baptized on 7/10/2018 and unyoked- divorced on 9/12/2019. Fasting, prayer and reading only the Bible evicts the demons and cleanses you of all evil: 1John 1:9- If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Thank you Danish for helping us so much. Feeling those bad feelings not able to get away properly. Today I was thinking of the reality you spoke about. I said believing "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence if things unseen. Now I declair, by faith, I'm crucified with Christ it's no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me.". My body felt exhausted and unwell before I said this but as I spoke the electric power I felt in my body was so lovely. The words are from God in the bible Hebrews and I think one of Paul's letters.my memory is different now. Thank you so much.
