I think DP Battle would benefit a ton from a system that scales your character's strength depending on how many characters are on your team. In Skullgirls for instance, if you choose only one character, they have more health and do more damage than if you choose a full team. It would be cool if 3 or even 2 character teams were reasonably viable.

I don’t think having a permanent buff and even extra health would help outweigh the disadvantages of having less characters, but I guess it would be a start

Yeah the idea behind the DP system I guess is that if you have less than 5 characters then it’s assumed you probably have a really strong character on your team being a 10DP. I think if they allowed the 10DP character to either regen health quicker or switch faster then 4 character teams can be quite meta. Right now, the biggest issue with 10DP characters is that they’re locked in the match up for like 50-60s and that’s insanely long.

That is a nice idea but sounds like a balancing nightmare, because 10DP characters already do more dmg. I think a better solution is to make matches without timers but with a forfeit option, so a team with a 10DP character plus 2x2DP and Hercule do not run into the issue of loosing by default due to HP disadvantage against a 5 character team. But what I initially wanted to say: Your idea SHOULD be applied to single battle. I personally love to play Base Teen Gohan but in Singles most players I faced play Gogeta SSJ4, Kefla SSJ2 and other higher DP Characters. And I am not arguing it is unfair, I mean I choose Base Teen Gohan so if I would just pick Gogeta SSJ4 or someone like that I would be more on par but it also limits character variety a lot in singles. That is a thing I love about DP, I have opponents using the whackiest dudes, like one person used Babidi and trashed me, it was funny. In Singles if he faced off with Babidi against a 10DP character it would be a different story.

I actually like playing base form Cooler in DP battle over his final form just because you get full Ki charge when you transform. His Ki charging is so bad and sometimes that refill can come in clutch, with double Death Beam cheese. But you're 100% right about the downsides of base form. I've gotten skill gapped hard in rare occasions and I think I would have preferred starting out with final form.

The streams were super chill, the 'Hanging out' type streams are always my favorite sorta thing. Personally, I think Freiza's really good. 100% full power Frieza, specifically. Having to transform at least twice to get there is a stickler, especially since I think your playstyle and sensibilities really do not lend themselves to 'needing' to transform. Death Saucer's Unblockable and has insane tracking, so you can shred Giants by spamming it.

I like watching your videos and having it as background. But also I will say I do prefer a video like this where You skip analyzing and go straight to the fight. I don't mind hearing you talk before the fight but I prefer in game when I'm hearing your voice over. Also I think super counters look really cool but only when you get off during a rush or a vanish war. Besides that we both supercounter you during rush attacks It doesn't seem as cool because it's just spammable. And yes it's very inconsistent online.

I’m not very good at singles… whole different ball game haha. My best piece of advice is to play more slowly and work towards finding the spacing to charge ki to gain ki advantage. And be great at super countering and with the ki advantage you have you should win the vanish war and then have insta spark or other skills at your disposal

Day 3 of requesting Perfect Cell character spotlight. -10/10 META rush chains (I won't spoil them here) -Wild sense -Instant trasmission -Cold family ki blasts - 2 ki bar death beam along with a 3 ki bar rush attack. -7 DP I'll also mention that his first and second form are very good being that he's an android that can utilize grabs for more health AND the ability to charge Ki. If you do it you should definitely start the video by hatching from an egg then draining an entire city.
