You actually are in a better place than you think when you're feeling that agitation, just by the fact that you caught yourself feeling it. Most just get caught up and taken for the ride. Take a deep breath, appreciate the moment around you, don't run from the feeling, accept it, and know that like all things "this too shall pass." And it does.

I sympathise. Last summer I went out walking a lot, but the recent bad weather has kept me indoors and even though the weather was fine today, I made excuses and didn't go out for a walk. This video makes me appreciate living in Sweden even more. Having the freedom to be out in nature is fundamental to my well-being and being able to do that even if it's just a hobby is something that many around the world can't right now.
