My husband, who was born in KY....took down a 60 ft barn with a small John Deere tractor. By himself. No problem. He can build anything. Fix anything. Grow anything......you are right man, you are right. He built a 12 sided gazebo, that USED to be a corn crib. Go look up one of those. On the same spot. Just dropped the metal roof one panel at a time with bolt cutters. What an animal. Anyway, I asked him how did you know how to build this thing?? He said well, I had already built it a dozen times in my head, so it wasn't hard!

@micahap15595 жыл бұрын
This is not a phenomenon. It issue is with the younger generation and schools. A 7th grade education from years past would far surpass you average college education today. K-12 is approximately the equivalent of K-3 or 4. Doing the same thing 3-4 times long. Just not teaching anything and ruining a will to learn or do anything.

The TI-36X Pro is a spectacular engineering calculator. No graphs, but it solves polynomials, matrices, definite integrals, and works in Hexadecimal and Binary too. I love it so much, and under $20 too. I had a fancy TI-83 Silver which graphed stuff, but it broke. In my humble opinion the advent of the smartphone makes it irrelevant, while the speed and versatility of the 36 can't be beat by a phone.
