Several signals that the "phone" throw incident was a lie - broken down.
Greg Brooks filed a #lawsuit against #JohnnyDepp in 2018 for personal injury - a Witness and scriptwriter working alongside Depp, #EmmaDanoff, has already testified it didn't happen. Here's a quick breakdown.

What stuck with me was, if he was abusing her, why would she chase him down when he wanted to leave? That makes zero sense. Listening to the tapes, you could hear her trying to egg it on, trying to get him to react violently, which isn't Johnny's nature, and must have really pissed her off. The blackmail paper's were very telling as well, that just screamed gold digger.

Its about possesion and control. I don't want that toy and discard it. But as soon as someone else shows interest it becomes, no thats mine (possesion) or loss of control. Dude was gone six days. He left the day after his mom died and had to go right away to the premiere in Spain... He wasn't thinking about her. Then she does the lawyer threat letter she knows he can't respond/show up cause he's gone. Files for divorce, THEN LATER, files for the TRO. Changes his locks and around midnight has Franco up. Like her friend and feebie neighbor Josh said, over 30 as he knows off WHILE they were married. But she was in fear? Wanted to stay where she was abused? She's so independent, a star, progressive woman hear me roar but no better than poor me, I need a man to get anything. This is global BS to move legal agendas against men, these women moving these cases across ponds aren't smart enough to get where they've gotten. This shouldn't have gotten a TRO, period. No ER reports, bum friends never took her to a hospital, other shelter, support group, police precinct, victims servies in Hollywood? All those friends and she didn't have a place to live away from there? And no one has mentioned how she was with the kids, which pisses me off. She's sitting there with a kid she couldn't be bothered to have (seems that way since the trial too, she'd come out better just being a mom than what she's doing now without her); whose dad fought to have the embryos destroyed, who's rich and lost? Nah, this is global emasculation of men, all around. It doesn't make sense. She has a PR that sexually harassment/allegedly assaulted several women? Come on, wha'ts going on here? And all those bringing cases use the same lawyers, people? I don't know if the dudes are in on it too cause I know, from the audios, and not being a man, she would have been underground within 15 minutes or met with an unfortuanate accident while I was off shooting/filming in another country.

She overreacted to that too, like she is thinking "I'm a SURVIVOR, not a VICTIM". It was eerily similar to the part in the Jussie Smollett interview where he tried to emphasize how much he "fought back" to show he wasn't some pushover. I haven't seen people who have really been victims of violence overreact quite that way to someone calling them a victim. They might say they don't think about themselves that way, but there is a different connotation. It's more like a positive statement that they are making to affirm their own self image, not attempting to boast or brag or glorify themselves.

I have noticed that no MSM outlet has dared to go near the female on male domestic violence. It is like it does not exist. I think it may be due to the fact that the domestic violence industry has a lot of important financial stake holders and the MSM always sides with not rocking the boat. Billions of tax dollars are given away to NGOs and government agencies under the guise of the male on female domestic violence model. It is like when Henry Ford introduced the Model T, the horse centric industry fought tooth and nail. A lot of women are waking up because abused men are their brothers, fathers, sons, nephews and so on.

Another BIG sign of deception which is really prevalent in this instance, is when she shows the hand motion of the phone being thrown. She claims she didn't throw it, so why is she motioning as if she had? If it was actually thrown at her, she should have shown herself ducking or moving her head as though she been hit. A perfect example of this, is the hand motions and head movement that Johnny used when describing what happened when she threw the first bottle at him. He motioned his hand to show the bottle flying by his head, and moved his head out of the way, which is how he would have reacted in the moment when it happened.

She does the same for the choking I think too. She doesn’t mine trying to remove hands from her throat…she mimes choking someone else. And she mimes the act of head butting too…not the reaction to the head butt. Even as she acts things out she is not the victim in the pantomime. She is the aggressor. She acts out the hits but not BEING hit. When JD demonstrated something he is obvious in his position in the situation as he tried to explain it. That is what I expect from someone reenacting and explaining a situation from their memory.

I am a DV survivor. What I particularly look for are markings (or bruises) of a mentioned area. IF she was hit in the eye, not only would there be bruising, swelling and discolouration but there would be blood inside the whites of the eyes. I don’t necessarily think there would be blood in the whites of her eyes, that is from broken blood vessels in the eyes. It doesn’t happen to everyone. From just one incident I had very severe injuries requiring emergency surgery on my nose, septum and lips. A second nose surgery and had to wear splints on my teeth for about 6 months and have a root canal. I am still recovering and it was over a year and a half ago. I did get sort of black eyes, at least one but no blood in the whites of my eyes. The nerves of my nose, lips and teeth have not returned to normal. I still have pain and sort of a numb/tingling sensation all around the area. But I guess you did say if she was hit IN the eye. Then you would probably be right.

When she stops and adds “-what /felt/ like my eye” signaled to me that she is trying to avoid a definitive statement “the phone hit my eye.” Instead of saying that the phone absolutely hit her eye, she says “it felt like” it did. We can’t tell her what she “felt”, I think she was hoping that adding those words would save her. If she said “it hit me in this eye”- that’s black and white and there’s no wiggle room if she gets caught lying. So she falls on the “well it felt like my eye”, right in this safe grey area.

Actually, this is a very key point.. You own the Copyright if recorded on your device. Camille Vasquez stated that TMZ now owned the Copyright. The only way that ownership would shift, is if Amber Heard SOLD the Video to TMZ. That in itself is enough evidence. Its a shame the excellent Miss Vasquez did not push that point further. Amber Heard really needs to be brought to account & serve some time. That seems to be the only way to teach her a lesson.

The TMZ guy also stated that it can takes days, weeks or even Months to track down, and obtain copyright from the owner of any footage/photos etc. He stated it took 15 minutes to obtain copyright ownership from the owner of the footage, the guy stated that copyright ownership can only be obtained that quickly is if the owner is in contact with them, sends them the footage/images and signs off the copyright ownership to them. Hence, this came directly from the source. Amber Heard.

Were it NOT for the cameras in the court, to allow the public to see certain aspects firsthand, we might never have really known the truth. And it is only important for the public to know in so much as it shows what is POSSIBLE for someone to do and get away with. It is fundamentally wrong, and shows another area of weakness in our legal system, I think.

One would think that she'd be able to describe things like which part of the phone hit her and how, ie "the corner of the phone hit my cheek" or "the phone hit flat against my face", etc. If you listen to her accounts of the attacks she says she suffered, you'll realize that she is missing a shocking amount of details. She says a lot that sound like details but are actually vague generalities more often than not.

I wrote this quote down from her interview the other night because it really stood out to me as a survivor myself. I had to go back and pause several times so I could get it verbatim: “when your life is at risk, not only will you take the blame for things that you shouldn’t take the blame for, but when you are in an ABUSIVE DYNAMIC psychologically, emotionally and physically, you don’t have the resources THAT YOU OR I DO with the luxury of saying ‘hey it’s black and white”. I take issue first of all with the repositioning of blame. To me, she is trying to shift from a he was abusive and I was not at fault at all argument, to a “well it was a toxic relationship so there is fault on both sides”. Damage limitation. My abuser did this to me when I left him. He wrote letters to my close family and friends stating we were just in a toxic relationship, making it out like it was a two-way thing to deflect blame from him. And the really telling thing here is her saying to the interviewer that people who are abused don’t have the resources of those who haven’t been abused - the use of “you or I” so she is not seeing herself as someone who was abused and is aligning herself with someone she assumes hasn’t been either. She does not speak for abuse survivors because she isn’t one. It’s sickening.

@@j.j.1064 Thanks! I can only talk from my own experience which is that, when something signals that a particular line of narrative warrants closer examination, more often than not an inconsistency is revealed. As I said originally, I'm not suggesting making a determination or finding based on such a signal, simply that it's something that catches my attention that will often result in the discovery of some inconsistency or concealment. The JCSPsychology channel here on KZbin has some good analysis on police interviews and the topic of truthful vs non-truthful signposts pops up regularly. I'm not sure about logical fallacies, but it certainly would be true that there are many cognitive biases which one must be aware of and cautious not to succumb to in such a situation. Gladwell references truth-default theory a lot but in my view this theory does not have that solid a foundation - indeed Hanlon's Razor is an aphorism arising from the tendency to distrust - the assumption of malice.

This night , Johnny asked his bodyguard to wait just outside the door. When he was aware of a physical event, something like, “stop hitting me!”, he rushed in and saw nothing of the sort. It wasn’t a physical fight. Amber was doing her dramatic rant and it was for anyone in earshot. However, she was not aware the bodyguards were outside, and was amazed to see them. The best thing she could come up with then and there, was that Johnny threw a phone. I don’t see the logic of him throwing his own phone and busting it. So he purportedly grabbed Amber’s phone from (typically) her hand, BACKED UP and threw it. Because what is the point of throwing the phone from a foot away? Just hit her. But no, grab something handy. Anything. I am saying, draw this quick move and break it down. I want to know if people throw a phone to hurt someone. It won’t fly through the air like a ball. Who knows. Everybody grab an old phone and throw it. I bet it is uncontrollable. She said “phone”, because the bodyguard was there immediately to protect Johnny, but there was nothing to see. She had not yet thrown a bottle, or spilled the wine( in the hallway! nice. Just have the hallway carpet cleaned) The police body cameras did not ‘capture’ any spilled wine. Explain that! JD had already left. So if the wine was not spilt, and JD is in NYC, AH is ready for her close-up. She is getting a restraining order to protect her from a man who will be in Europe for three months.

My issue is how her hand motioned for "pulls his arm back with the phone" & her arm moves for "and throws it at my face". Hand looks more like it's about to make a fist. Arm moves like it's skipping a rock on the water. Who throws something, intending to do damage, sidearm instead of overhand like a baseball. It looked like she was playing Rock Paper Scissors. I guess overall it looked like she was throwing a punch, not a phone.

One lie runs into another lie into another lie into another lie. I think she starts off with the intention of one lie but then exaggerates it which sends her off on a lying spree with no option to turn back. She is a compulsive liar and I don’t believe she believes it. She knows it’s lies but doubles down anyway because she would rather dig her heels in than admit defeat.

In an audio when JD accused her of lying to the security guard after she punched him. She finally admitted the punch (even if she refuses to call it a punch) but not the lie. He said I watch you lie and she lose her mind and refuses to admit it. I was kind of like that as a kid. I could confess any wrong doings but never a lie. Nothing was worse and more humiliating to me than to be caught on a lie. It still is, I think. That's why I never lie. Just a different route to the end spin. She clearly refuses to accept defeat and to blatantly spin in front of millions of ppl on TV with no signs of any remorse speaks volumes about her dark personality. It’s confession through projection and I hope she pays every day for the rest of her life but I do hope she has ppl in her life with integrity who would be a good influence on her child. I noticed the left-gesture thing when I first saw her testimony. (I was a ballet dancer, so am conditioned to mentally reversing demonstrations of choreography or what I see in the mirror.) I did feel it could be because of lying. I also imagined it could be because she is performing for the jury, off to her oblique right, and automatically/subconsciously (as an actress) doesn't want to cover her face with her hand. Yet even that indicates she's constantly aware that she is "performing" her testimony.

I remember that testimony and one of my thought was that one knows when the eye is impacted it’s not a question of maybe, this includes any part of the orbital socket. It’s very sensitive and damages to it don’t quickly disappear (I’ve had bruises in that area) yet the so called bruise in the photo was a small circle on the cheekbone NOT within the eye socket. I questioned the validity of that bruise as based on my experience and her story about where she claimed the alleged injury and the timeline of it was not matching her photo.

The most revealing point in this trial for me and my refuge sisters ; who have survived violence, was the carpet reference. None of us, when in an actual state of fight or flight, or freezing in fear during violence, would have the head space to even notice the condition of the carpet. Drug use would be my only suggestion for this creativity but on the whole, to me, that narrative does not and did not stack up, at all. The carpets are the last thing you would be worrying about in those moments , it’s chaos 🙏
